During my recent vacation to Malaysia I was walking through a national park and this guy crossed the path in front of me. Unfortunately the only shots I could get had strong shadows, so I had to punch up the processing to get some detail.

Considering the lighting conditions, you did a very good job at bringing out the shadows. I don't know how nasty they are but I think if I think he would scare the $%^^& of of me.

Thanks asnow & HBG. I don't think that they are particularly aggressive, but yes I sure did take a step backward when I stumbled across them. I actually saw one on the drain alongside our hotel in a large built up area.
