Just realised I uploaded the wrong image - but I will leave it here for now. Image is a bit soft. That will teach me for uploading when rushing out the door.

I got a chuckle out of that one Run. Security is upstairs as everything is stolen out the bottom

I interpreted the same way as AT..(and smiled) - Very thoughtful and well executed!

I recommended this theme a couple months ago because I had a great idea for it, but for the life of me, I cannot remember what it was now!!!

This maybe stretching it...

I cannot figure it out either. We have a keyboard, a receipt from Walmart, a McCall's shirt pattern, some wet slide decals for model airplanes, some knock out numbers, and that little red and white number thing. Only thing in common are numbers.

I commenced this month thinking I may not participate in this assignment, as I couldn't think of appropriate subject matter. Now I find myself monopolizing it as I am finding opportunities everywhere.

The only thing I can make out in Q.O.'s post is that numbers can create a security lock for some things. I think it might have something to do with numbers if that's not it.

AT and Lorey have the key (pardon the pun) element. Numbers, and it involves a common rule of thumb/wisdom and my distressing tendency towards puns and other word play. If folks are still puzzling it out, I'll leave you to it. Or I can tell you.

Some interesting posts by everyone in here so far. Here's mine for this month. Nothing quite as secure as a bank you know:D

The only item that doesn't have a 6 is the keypad. If that means anything??

No, the important element is that there *are* numbers.

My more serious entry for the theme. A few months ago we took most of the computers off the 'net, except for software and security updates. Not that I can't rebuild systems that have been hit by malware, but it's a PITA. I'm expecting the latest ransomware will be more widely imitated, not because it's a new concept (first go round for me was the 80s) but because they made money off of it. So I have a desktop and a laptop that run Ubuntu as an operating system, and those are the ones we use for 'net surfing. No email address books online. Email client to download messages. Weekly backups for everything, on the 'net or not. Everything downloaded gets scanned. Anything moved between systems is done via thumb drive. End result? If a piece of malware demands, "your money or your hard drive" I shrug, wipe the drive and reload the operating system and a couple of data files.
