Last week I had a bit of a play with some dramatic angles and processing of this statue. I had all sorts of issues with halos (but I should have expected that shooting an angel statue :headslap:)

I like the drama in shot 1 - the bw works for me.

I like the colour version myself. The blend of greens, bronze and browns give it life.

Shot #1 for me, as imo shows much more emotion. Although I do like them both.

I think I prefer the B&W first one. It seems to convey a bit more drama.

Thanks HBG, MA & asnow. I appreciate your comments. I do find it beneficial to hear peoples preferences and reasons for them.

The first one looks very serene. Though I like the colors of the second one, I keep wondering how often she has to shave (can't think of a crop that would remove the armpit without cropping the more interesting parts, too)

Another vote for the drama of the first shot. Nicely done.
