If you zoom right in (an wait on my broadband connection) your can see the individual faces in the crowd. Very, very impressive.

Does anyone know anything about the camera/technology behind this? Can anyone on the forum see themselves?

The technology seems to be relatively simple. Take a huge amount of photos and then paste them together. You can tell they are stitched as you can find boo-boos like this one.
