This stems from my Challenge thread.

Does the forum need a make over, making the sub forums more visible?

If you just scan the main page, it appears there is only three places to submit images (color, black & white, and critique).

To be honest with you, I had forgotten there was even a sub-forum for post processing assignments, until Runmonty brought it back up.

What I am asking is, should the sub-forums be brought up to the main page or would that clutter it up too much.

The color section has four sub-forums, the assignment section has three sub-forums.

I'm just tossing this around, but like I have said many times, I am a member of many on line photography forums, and this one is the best by a mile. I am just looking at possible improvements (if it does not cost Marko more money to create)

Turning subforums into regular forums is cake - my pleasure to try a test if you like.

Just off the top of my head- any chance of changing the web templates? It's more microshlocky than arty? what think

Now I've not been around here for long, but the plain simple outlay is one of the things I like about this forum. As for bringing the sub forums up a level, that wouldn't bother me.
