Went for a waterfront photowalk last weekend for the first time in a while. It amazes me how therapeutic photography is for me and I really need to get out more. This winter has felt like a never-ending world of ice and snow. :(

Here are a couple that ended up in black and white..

Really like the first one!!! The second one is nice but seems a little under exposed (not talking about the runner).

Interesting, for me shot 2 is my fave here.

I like the silhouettes here. The runner with his shadow is super in the second. Shadows are so cool combined with silhouettes.

I agree, although I have had the opposite problem. Too hot to go out on weekends. This weekend is cool though, so no excuses (other than all the work around home I have been putting off due to the heat).

Thanks, all. #2 is my favourite as well... not that I put myself in the same category in any way at all but it reminds me of Henri Cartier-Bresson's photo that shows a man walking off of a ladder in a puddle, I like the way that I captured the runner with both feet in the air. MoMA | The Collection | Henri Cartier-Bresson. Behind the Gare St. Lazare. 1932 (http://www.moma.org/collection/object.php?object_id=98333) (here's the one I'm talking about)

And thanks, AT. I do get what you mean by feeling a little under-exposed.

Cheers.
