Marko, my comments are ONLY IMO. I feel I'm not knowledgeable enough or qualified to give a valid critique.

To me there is too much of a mixture of distinct and indistinct elements. I like the impressionist-like motion of four of the people. the traffic light and the separation of the street and sidewalk are more defined as is the man in the blue shirt, cap and shorts. Not knowing any other way to describe it, the image has what I will say are soft parts and hard parts that to me don't mix well. To my viewing it would look better if all elements in the image had that impressionist look that I've seen you do so well before.

Now maybe someone can help and give a coherent critique.

I like the composition and I'm still a fan of your ICM stuff as you seem to be able to create an image where I would just make a mess. In this one the subject appears to be the man on the phone but, to me, he is a bit lost in the image and though you managed to make him stand out through focus he is just not significant enough for me to care about him.

To me, there is not enough color to hold my attention, the image is too gray. Most of your ICM images have something that grabs you and holds your eye, even though the entire image is blurry. This image does not have that.

With at least few subject being clear it works for me.

I'm by no means trying to pile on, but I tend to agree with Lorey and Iggy.
