When I get home this evening, I'm going to work on removing the fly away hairs in Photoshop.

Shot 3 is the strongest shot here for me. There's a nice balance between the foreground and background light. It also has the nicest comp.
To my eye, the backgrounds are dark (and the lighting is harsh) in the other 2 images.

yep - that back lit version with the tidy up of stray hair is very nice
