These guys contacted me about their (not free) photo contest -
The quality of the past competitions seems high.

As always read the rules (http://www.urban.dotart.it/rules.html) and make sure you are comfortable with them. The rules on copyright seem poorly translated and very broad imo, but not everyone takes these things as seriously as i do.
