Nikon - calibration of focus

Hello all.
Have a Nikon D90. Apparently needs calibration of focusing system, has back-focus. Bought new AF-50 1.8D, before used kit lens. Looks like it has back focus (like on the attached picture) with this 50mm lens. The same defect is not very visible on the kit 18-105 DX (min apperture there is 3.5 vs 1.8 for AF 50mm), but difference is that kit lens has motor inside, but 50mm does not, so for me it is not 100% obvious for me, where is the problem - body or lens.

Where I could do necessary repair or calibration in Montreal, if possible? And what could you advise?

PS Live View focusing works ok, problems only when I switch to AF-C/S/A modes. Especially with center point.

Maybe its not the camera? Could be a bad copy of lens itself. Too bad the D90 doesn't have a menu option for lens correction like some of the models that followed it. I shot with a D90 for a long time and it is a fabulous camera.

Menu options > Custom Settings Menu > AF Area Mode – changed to Single Area – now I choose the focus area point manually while shooting – gives me greater control on where I want to focus in my composition

Chex this as well- Menu options > Custom Settings Menu > Center focus area – set to Normal zone.

I always use manual choice of AF point. Also installed Normal zone. Repeated test, result is the same. Instead sharpness on 20 I see 21. It looks like the same situation when I take a portrait with f/2.8 - eyes are a bit less sharper then smthg which is closer, like a scarf (pls see attachments). With kit 18-105 it is more difficult to understand, because depth of field is much bigger. Plus it has motor inside. My new AF50 1.8D has no motor and is driven by mechanism inside the body. Gonna try another lens in the shop where I bought my 50mm. Since it is under warranty, probably they will let me try there other same lenses to understand where is a problem.
If no - probably I ll open my D90. I repaired printers, laptops...maybe I am "a brave soul" (btw thanks for a new expression))

Checked my camera with AF-S 50 1.8G (motorized inside), the same problem. Camera needs to be adjusted. Do you know something about this procedure, as far as I know there are few methods of calibration..?
