8th Annual Photo Swap

I know I've been a bit absent of late but I still love this place; I just find it difficult to find the time to enjoy all the wonderful images and information people are sharing.

Regardless of that, it's that time of year again. This is an opportunity for each and every photographer on the forum to share their work in a more personal way. Rather than just posting a sterile digital image, let's get one of your past (or new) favourites printed and share them with someone else on the forum.

Here's how this works.

Everyone who wants to participate need only reply to this thread with "I want to swap". I'll tally the list and randomly generate a list of people and partners. There is a sender and a receiver. Receivers will private message their assigned sender with their mailing address. The senders will print a photo of theirs that they want to share and drop it in the mail.

I hope to see everyone participate this year. The more people who sign up, the more fun it is.

I really have to make changes to my life... been super busy and only now getting back to this thread.... last minute swappers are welcome.... I'll give you until Sunday to get your "I want to swap" post in. Then I have to start doing up the trading list. It's amazingly awesome to get a print made by someone else... don't miss out on this awesome fun.

Nope! Don't give up yet! Life has been rather crazy for me this past fall/winter. But I've got it all straightened out now. Well sort of. :D

I just received my 'classic' Marko print. It is really cool and I love it. For those of you who didn't participate, you don't know what you are missing. Having done this for several years, I've now got a collection of beautiful photos from members on this forum. Don't miss out and join in for the next one. It is worth it.

I did receive mine yesterday for Justin, great shot.

I ordered mine a week ago and I am guessing it must go to Australia, then England, before it can be shipped to Canada. It says it will be delivered on the 23rd.

It's that time of year. Are we going to have a 9th annual photo swap. I know we only had a small group last year, but even if it is a small group again I'm willing to be in.
