That was incredible!!! I watched the first 4 episodes (#2 is the best so far).

Are these photographers rich or do they have major sponsors, because none of that is cheap, from the equipment to the locations?

For anyone who is feeling jaded with photography have a look at this series. Have just finished the series and I found it really inspiring.

Just brilliant cinematography throughout. Although it is ostensibly about the photographers, the unsung heroes are the cinematographers.

All were great but episode 2 was pretty special.

I was delighted too, to discover the historical work of Frank Hurley referred to in episode 5. Have a look at his war photos as well as his Antarctic shots.

Thanks Barefoot for referring this. I think it may get a few views from me.

Only thing I hated about it, when the credits started rolling at the end, Netflix would make it small screen and put up the next episode ready to start. During the closing credits is when they would show a lot of images taken during the episode.

I notice it was co-produced by Canon, and I suspect at least some of these guys may be "canon masters"
