Very cold when I shot these. around -20 C Brrrr. I lasted maybe 20 min.
Will go back.

This is a tough one because when you think sports photography, you think emotion, action, etc. These do work well, they remind me of a sports artist of the 80's named Leroy Neiman.

I like the first one because my eyes are not attracted to the stone as much, like the others.

My preference is also the first one. I do find the lit wheel at the top a bit distracting and taking away from the action. I'm thinking cropping the wheel just below the centre of it.

Is this really a sport though. I thought is was something put into the winter Olympics as a bit of an in-joke on the rest of the world :shrug::laughing:
