I have a small family business. That's why I don't have a big budget. I want a representative site to introduce customers to my business. No need for a highly qualified and expensive IT IT specialist!

A couple of options you could have a look at are;

squarespace.com
wordpress.com

I have not set up a site with these, but my understanding it is fairly quick and easy to do. They have a lot of templates you can use and you simply have to copy your content (pictures, etc) into the template.
