Gem. I really love the third one. Love the colour, the composition and the depth of field. The only minor comment I would make is that there is a stray bit of flower on the right edge about half way up that looks bit like a scratch on a negative (actually I think it would have to be a scratch on a positive to get it white :D)

I especially like the first one! It is definately a frills shot. The gerberra is great too. It has vibrant color and the tiny flower within a flower makes it a great subject. First and third flowers have WoW factor for me. Lol, I am a sucker for flower photos anyway. :)

Agree with GregL, Number 3 is great. I noticed the stray thread too. Might be able to remove it in pp.
Number 1 is very good too, I like the detail, it is just that pink is not my colour.:D
A crop will help #2. The depth of field is good, but there are a few distractions that could be cropped out(especially the bottom right). That would increase the focus on the main flower.

First and third are really nice:highfive: 3Rd is my fave with its cool perspective and interesting composition. I might clone out some of the 'strayer' parts.
Shot 1 is also very strong though it looks like it could use some more sharpness. The left edge could also benefit from some burning in, especially the left top corner.

Mmm, yeah I thought #1 was soft but I didn't want to sharpen it because I was afraid the noise would increase. But it doesn't look so bad now that I've done it; I actually think the noise adds to it. And for #3, I cloned out all the "stray" parts, so it looks a bit more cleaned up.

Antz, I've tried cropping #2 but can't seem to find one that works? Did you have a particular crop in mind?

OK the the crop had to be savage, and was not so easy, but I ended up with this. The brown on the bud to the bottom left of the flower detract a little from it.

I love the somewhat abstract feel of the first one, you can get lost exploring the image (this is a good thing). So many lines pulling your eye around the image.

ETA: Okay, so I played around with the crop a little. And I think this portrait style works better. Comments?

That is an even more savage crop. but it definately puts more focus on the main flower.

I really like the 3rd one. The colors are great and the clearity wonderful. Puts me right in the flower like a bee's-eye-view.
