Hmm..missed this one! Are they lined up totem poles? I don't mind the shot. I really don't know how to critique this. At first glance I would of moved over a foot or two to the right. Just so I could get a bit of "they are lined up" see the side/back of the them feel. Oh dear, this doesn't make much sense. Sorry.

No worries Kat, thank you ! :)

Yes they are lined up, but I thought that it will reveal too much of both, and I wanted just the eyes, and a little bit of the smile from each of them.

Kat, once again you made me laugh. Its a critique, it doesnt matter if it makes sense or not.....

I totally understand what Kat was saying. I might have taken a slight step to the right. Then would have used some extra telephoto range. Maybe you were at 55mm, and I probably would have tried 80.
To simulate this in PP, try cropping the left and right side of the image so you cut a little off each totem pole. This will fill the frame with nothing but the poles, and you will still get that 'lined up' effect.

I like it very much. The only changes I would have made are I would have included the mouth on the coloured head and I would straighten the 3rd head.

Good shot.

Is this better ?:)
About the smile crop, it's kind of impossible, because it's not in the frame :)

Yep much better. Nice how a small change can make a big difference.

This second shot is MUCH improved :highfive: even though the 'fix' doesn't seem that intensive.

The devil is always in the details.

Yes, that is better.
I'd even like to see a crop so with only half the foreground face, to give a sort of pattern to the shot for something different.
