It's not very sharp and the white balance is a tad off!! ;)
Seriously though, for me it really is just a blurred shot obviously done with a very slow shutter speed. For this sort of thing to be appealing to me personally I need to see at least one important element in the photo with some sharpness at least. 2nd Sync flash is good for that effect if that's an option for you.
I agree with MA.
I like the "look" here and it would have had heaps more appeal if the car was in frame.

Sorry, but I think it is bad in all aspects, starting with there is no focus anywhere, the car front is missing, noise is too high, white balance is way too off, what did you want to express in this picture?

actually, i dig the composition and the slight cropping of the vehicle. i think it would work better if it were straightened and it popped instead of being flat and yellow and like throw up.

It seems a bit messy to me and I'm not crazy about the colour but I do see the potential. :)

Gotta watch vertical shake on images like this. Try shooting panning shots for an hour after sundown once a month. You can actually get pretty dang good at it.
