It's always amazed me watching tourists off the boats as they take pictures, holding drinks, souvenirs and point and shoots while bending in all sorts of ways:)

I know they are too funny... Somedays i just want to run up to them after I captured them doing thier silly shooting acrobatics and show them just how goofy they look...

Great Shot!

Hello All,

The shot I like very much the composition is good and with the title it's even more fun.
I assume this was not a setup with models but Street photography.

I have taken (more candid level) shots of people too and what I am wondering how is this working out on the, is it allowed to publish kind of level.

This is an important topic for me as I am not to free/secure with this myself and know that sometimes it is even kind of invading to certain people. And even when you have asked to be allowed to shoot a picture, how is publishing this, kind of "breaking rules" of privacy.

I know this is maybe of topic for this catagory and if so I would gladly have some feedback on this as Street Photograpy is fun to do.

Thanks for your feedback,
TJD

Hey, TJD.

There are legalities that have to be observed. For personal use you are usually rather free however you may need to check out the rules in your part of the world.

The board is putting together some resources around this stuff here: http://www.photography.ca/Forums/showthread.php?t=3067
