After giving this a lot of thought, there is a lot to concert photography as there is with any individual “type” of photography. So after talking to Marko and AcadieLibre we have decided to collaborate and do something a little more comprehensive with several different points of view and ways of doing it rather than just throwing out a one page forum posting that to me will be of little to no help to most people. So… Its going to take us a while to get this together.

In the mean time, for those of you interested in club and concert photography, Submit your photos and we’ll try our best to help you out until we get this thing done.

I do want to add one last thing. Exif Data!! It’s really helpful, really! Knowing exactly how your camera took the picture, aperture, shutter speed, metering mode (if used) etc. Can help us better help you get the best concert shots you can as we can see exactly how it was shot.

I look forward to it guys.

This kind of photography is difficult (ok, the photography isn't difficult, but ending up with good, usable and pro-looking images in low light with lots of motion *is* hard :)

Hope to pick up some tips...! :)
