I liked the repetitiveness of this water feature. I was wondering on everyones thoughts on this photo and the second variation.:confused:

I lean towards the 1st shot. Took awhile to realise it was tilted. I think I'd rather have seen a faster shutter used or a much slower one. This choice appears to have yielded just enough movement in the water to give the impression of the water being out of focus.

It's an interesting shot and I like the original image better. This shot works because of the patterns....but composition-wise my eye would prefer the metal part at top left to be darker. The image moves from left to right but the top left brightness detracts from that movement somewhat.

Much prefer #1, but would rather see it at less of an extreme angle.

A bit dark for me ... blend the two and you'll have it :)

Agree with MA here. The second image is darker all the way through the top half; all I suggested (I think) was a burn on the metal at top left.
