These shots are MUCH better automaton2! We see the faces clearly and have a feel for the subjects. Image 1 in particular is a VERY strong portrait.

That said you are still having a serious issue with sharpness in all of these shots. Notice that the eyes are not tack sharp.

What camera do you have? What shutter speed do you normally use? Are you moving while taking these shots?

Until you figure out what the issue is, I would suggest not shooting people at slower than 1/60th of a second.

Yup what Marko said. I like the image of the man with the wings. You could crop a bit at the top though.
