I found this photo in amongst a bunch of others that I took from the london eye. I decided to play with it a bit to capture a mood.

I'm torn. I like the treatment and I appreciate the mood you are going for but I find that going sepia is usually a good idea for something that has an "older" look from the start. The modern highrises look out of place in sepia to me.

I'k okay with the concept of sepia here. Personally this tone is too orange and not brown enough for me.

The real area of improvement is the sky. It's totally blown out. A polarizer or reduced exposre would have helped this shot out immensely. The bottom half of the image is much sharper and richer than the top part because of the large exposure difference from sky to ground.

I agree with Iguanasan. But i'm a suspect here, because I really don't like sepia toned photos. I'm gessing this photo would work really better in black and white.
