A Day at Work...

We had a dinner at the Golf Course where I work today so I took my camera along to take some shots... This is what we presented:

1. The starter...Seafood Sunrise Salad on roast pepper coulis and saffron veloute.
2. Chef plating the main course...Chicken w/ Balsamic Reduction and wild rice

3. Dessert...Chocolate Planet - dark and white chocolate mousse cake with raspberry sauce and moon and star cookies....I made that.

Hmmm - yummy! And best of all: The calories are all yours (and not on my hips ;-)).

Thanks MM... actually the calories went to the staff as I let them eat the leftovers... ;)
It was a fun evening...the clubhouse is being reno'd right now so we are cooking out of a tiny trailer and the restaurant is a tent. It was quite an accomplishment to put out 4 courses for 80 women in those conditions! :highfive:
