View Full Version : This is a Wallaby

There were a couple of these guys in my front yard this morning, eating plants in our garden.
Wallabies are basically small kangaroos. Other differences are colour, diet and habitat.
You can see from this one that camouflage is one of their defences.

They are quite impressive in full flight(which they tend to do when chased by a 2 year old:headslap:), and unbelievably agile.

Both great shots AntZ!! The selective colouring is quite cool in that 2nd shot too.

Too neat! Hmmm..should I dare get animal shots up here..would they interest anyone those black bears?

You'd rather walk around in the dark would you? ;) Brave but it could be exciting to find things to shoot with your feet :)
