One of the best photo journalistic sites I've ever seen. Entry after entry of amazing imagery. For me, a lot of the imagery is truly inspirational work. Don't know how many daily entries there are but just keep hitting the "Next" and Previous" buttons to see more great shots

These are all great images but it makes me very sad that a good part of them were shot while the animals are in Jail. Woops I mean in a Zoo.
15, 16, 21, 35, 36 and 37 are particularly heartbreaking. I do confess that I'm a wimp with this stuff and a big time animal lover.

I appreciate your images Michaelaw VASTLY more than i appreciate these images and your images take way more skill imo.
It's way easier to take a picture of a jailed animal than a wild one. OK I'll stop now.

Well I had to link to one day of the series and I chose the "Zoo" entry. I've been mesmerized here for roughly an hour so far looking at the images of the shuttle, war in Afghanistan, Mt. Redoubt Alaska and it just goes on and on. Maybe I should have started on someday a little lighter like the festival of color. :)

wow I looked too quicky....you can see many different subject matter by clicking the main link. Despite my personal opinion on the animals, these shots all over the site are fab for sure.
