Website Critique?

Just finished developing my website! I was wondering if ya'll would critique it? I plan on using it for business. So, after viewing the site: Are you interested in hiring me? Please, give me as detailed criticism as you can!

Pros
Easy navigation
Nice large sample photos
Flash Gallery looks professional


Cons
Overall look to the site is very bland
No obvious identity to the site
Flash Gallery loads a bit slowly

hey thatnks for your inout man. i took your advice and changed a few things.

I added a new flash element. overall tried to engage a focus to the site. however i still feel it's sort of bland still... i don't know check it out and lemme know what ya'll think

I have an flash exception when I open it in firefox using flash player 9. The stack trace is:
VerifyError: Error #1014: Class flash.geom::PerspectiveProjection could not be found.
at global$init()

It works fine in IE 7 using flash player 10.

I have firefox and it's fine for me. Not sure what Flash version I'm running though.

the preloader broke so gotta give it a moment to download and i haven't figured out how to resize the stage to fit to browser but hey it's a rough draft and it's gunna be sick when i DO figure it out

it's a nice website. clean and simple. Designwise, I think the title and the button can be improved. also, the text is a bit small. Other than that, I think it's perfect.
