These bee shots are the result of sitting on my fanny for two hours in the woods, I have a little fold out seat that I bought from Canadian tire. One of the things I find with macro work using the 70-300mm is that a bee shot such as this can be tricky standing up. The auto focus locks and beeps but by the time you nail the release you may have swayed away or toward the subject and you're focus goes soft. The little camping chair gets you braced!!
