This photo is another model photo from the course I am doing. Please note: It is supposed to be a dark image. What do you think?

This is very cool. Did you start with a dark room, light the subject, have him move and then light him in the new spot all with a long exposure?

Correct, exactly what was done to create that photo. My teacher for my course did the lighting for it and the class and myself were taking the photo's of course. Used Shutter speed of 15" at F8. ISO was 100, would work well with 200 also.

Very cool, nicely done. Great lighting.
I wouldn't mind seeing a bit more of the face on the left image.

Yea pity he wasn't turned towards the front more on the right hand side. Can't help that though, I wasn't the one posing and we were all set up on tripods so I couldn't exactly move the angle either.

I love the warm lighting and the shadows. Nice work.

Agree with Antz but absolutely understand the limitations.
My only comment then would be that the eye on the left model is softish. This of course is understandable on a 15 sec. exposure but it is still a distraction. It could also be brightened a bit. Hope that helps - Marko

The lighting is interesting and does look a bit soft. I would have increased the ISO to 400 and increase the shutter speed. You should still get a clean file at 400 :)

Ok I brightened the image a little and sharped that eye up. What do you think?
