I have been coveting it for a while now and finally jumped in and bought it. Ok. It was calling - nay screaming - my name. The Nikon D300. OMG! it is a beautiful thing. Is it worth 3 X the price of a D60? In a word. Yes. 51 points of focus live view. A much brighter viewing area. No more squinting! Having all of the important adjustments at your finger tips. Did I mention 51 points of focus live view. :) The only disadvantage is the heavier weight and its not that enough of a deterrent.

Now take your D60 and get it converted to Infrared :lightbulb I promise I wont ask to borrow it, but an infrared panorama looks so cool.
