SpandyAndy is a comic, fool, jester and street entertainer who wears multicolored spandex and all sorts of shiny other materials. The big guy in the center didn't like the volume level on Spandy's blaster so he walked over and turned it down. The little guy far right didn't like the big guy so he knocked his hat off while Spandy turned up the music once more. I thought for a moment there was going to be trouble but Spandy rescued the day by poking fun at the big guy which got the crowd laughing and diffused the situation.
