I very much like this shot nomad! Very interesting. I like that the girl is sharp and her limbs contrast beautifully against the sky. This looks like some advanced off camera flash on the model - nice. My only nit is the green flare. I'd clone that sucker out in a heartbeat.

Thanks Marko!
Yes this was indeed an advanced shot. Not an easy shot to do. I used a 1.2 Meter softbox, a 300Ws studio strobe and a Honda 1000W Generator on the beach. What you don't see is the audience of 17 people standing behind the camera wondering what I was doing and looking at me like I was crazy and doing something illegal. :-)
Anyway, This shot is my very own version of Joe McNally's Ballerina at the beach. I saw that shot and was so inspired by it, I just had to go out and make my own. I'll work on removing that flare. :-)

Great stuff, Nomad, and yes, much better sans green. I desperately want to learn to use a flash properly . . .

Stunning image. Removing the green spot worked well. I can not say anything else except that I am jealous *LOL*

Thanks Everyone! Does anyone want to guess what the one key factor is in doing this shot? (Without it, this shot would not succeed.)

Sorry, no cushions here. This brave model landed barefoot on the grass.

No Trampoline. There's 3 words I'm looking for.
