MA you are a wealth of knowledge. Yes I love that saying, it was our mantra during the West Coast Trail hike. It has stuck with me and reminds me observe what is happening around me and enjoy the simple pleasures of life.

It was a cool book. I remember another moment in that book ... "A Warrior Acts ... a Fool Reacts"

I must seek this book out and read it again.
