And fell over? ;) Looks like the last thing you'd see as you passed out in a forest!

I was going to mention drugs but thought I better not until I know how truly crazy you really are. Wouldn't want to offend you in my first post to you :)

Cool! Great capture. Did you do this with Photoshop or was it a trick with your lens.
Also, this kind of reminds me of the big foot episode of The Six Million Dollar Man ;)

No photoshop used. I used a slow shutter speed coupled with an f/8 and spun the camera quickly while the shutter was open. I did this several times and this was my fav. shot. :)

Wow - I feel dizzy now. Hell, how will I find the kitchen now to fetch my first coffee today? :D
Besides: Great and effectful photo.

very cool! i really like how if you can still make out trees and such amidst all the distortion. You could make a sweet multiple exposure with that for sure

It would be interesting to see the impact if you had dialed back the twisting a bit. Its definitely interesting and I admire your creativity, but I don't know if I could look at this very long without getting a headache. If this conveys a LOT of movement - maybe push for moderate movement.
Just my 2 cents - again, kudos for thinking outside the box
