How is his dam coming I saw him swimming there in the early morning last week, I hope he gets to build the dam so we can see how the pond invites more wildlife. Maybe some more Herons :)

Yeah, that's why you often see chicken wire around the bases of trees in the city.
It's an easy and humane beaver fix.
I didn't see his dam Greg, I'll look for it next time... :)
I did find your tree mushrooms though.
