I might be stuck in my own thinking here but I just need to see something in focus. It's not that I dont like it ... just think it would be a stronger image with something sharp as well.

Agree with Aussie. While the composition in great and the subject of the photo is very strong, it would add to it so much more to have an area in focus to draw the eyes' attention.

Yah..I don't have to have everything in focus but with it soo close/ same tones I think it would be good to have something jump out at yah.

I think Id like to see it with different treaments - adding some colour might help it pop more. Its has a nice softness - but I cant help but think that there is too little contrast. Im drawn to the eyes, but when I get there I wonder if there is something else I should be focusing on.

Well you know what I'm going to say...focus on the eyes. This shot is beautifully dreamy and has everything going for it, except a sharp eye.

Here is the original for this one as well. I would love to see what some of you might come up with. It might get moved to the proper thread though. Thanks for the input guys.

This is what I've come up with..don't know how good it looks until this sun gets out my window!!! GRRR..but basically I did sharpening on eye area, changed tone and then added some light near the eye. Could be a lot sharper but with the small file size..the noise was silly. I think the hardest part of this photo..because with pp you can do anything..is the crop.

How about black and white? I guess people tend to put sepia or colors but meny times pure black and white gives you teh best results
