Very very cool and it makes perfect sense to me. Sounds like a game-changer that's close at hand.

Cool. I think it would be a game changer, but only for some. Many photographers are very tech savy, however many are not and just want things to work. So a camera lie this would be perfect for me, but not for my wife. Plus stuff like this gives the major manufactureres something to watch and see what features are developed and become popular.

I disagree with you on this Antz.
I think it will catch on like wildfire once it's dumbed down to plug and play or download and play.

I think the idea is great, tinkers like me will specially like it. I can see configuring it to do a continuous rotation slit scans for panoramas. Change sensor for true highspeed infrared photography.
