This is so off topic -
Here's Baraka on Youtube part 1.
YouTube - Baraka - Part 1 of 10 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dtiqrzmuWbw)
At 2 minutes 22 seconds they show some Monkeys in Japan (I believe)
Does anyone know - What is the name of that Monkey and where can i photograph them? I have seen many photos of these monkeys.
many thanks!

Those are indeed macaques and you can find them at most zoos. I know for certain Calgary zoo has them. :)

Boy does that ever look bad on youtube, you have to try the blue ray version!!!
The monkeys are fantastic, very expressive faces. I too would love to shoot them but wild, not in a zoo:)

absolutely right Maw! Plus ya don't get that steamy beautiful background in a zoo.
Gotta get me some pennies now and get out there.
Just added it to the list....that wish list is HUGE tho. LOL.

Zoo de Granby's (http://www.zoodegranby.com/en/visite_especes.htm) website says they have one or more. You might chuck a disposable camera over the fence and see if they are clever enough to take pictures themselves.
