One would need to have a strobe or two to light the child and still have the lights balanced, I think. But not sure if you could do that without a release from the store owner or not?

No. I don't think so. Just have him looking in..you wouldn't even need to have a facial..just a back side looking in.

Of course a visual of the face would be nice but you may be able to pull that off if you have a flash you can move that is on your camera..just for a bit of fill light.

Although..I'm not one for lighting..maybe someone else should speak up!!!!

You can see a lot of lighting on the brickwork ... there may actually be enough there to light a face nicely.
