Sounds like it is something for those who do not have concern their friends privacy and they may not want their spam. I think anything that requires me to give email addresses of friends, foes or anyone else is just wrong. Anything that requires you to give up 5 people to get something sounds sleazy even if the offer is legitimate. I am so bad if people send me bad jokes, spam, forward this email nonsense are blocked forever from my email. I have a strict hardline, I hate spam and I am down to next to nothing in spam these days. And it is because anyone who knows me knows it is a bad idea to bother me with useless emails. So if you plan on it make sure the people you are going to use are OK with it first, just my two cents on the matter ..... even then I still would not do it. It makes me question their business practices.

PS: You can get a decent quality book printed these days for reasonably cheap and decent quality if you shop around. If you use Apple Aperture you can buy a single book through Apple for $35.00 and seen that price a few places.
