New Hampshire doesn't have much external coastline...meaning ocean coastline...we had to basically bribe Mass and Maine to let us have our measly 19 miles. Greedy bastids.

Anyway...since there is not much around worth photographing in the mud and dirty snow, I headed out there yesterday.

All taken at Seabrook Beach, home of our lovely nuclear power plant.

1 and 3 for me...4 is close to singing though :) it just needs a tad more levels/curves play imo. Very nice set!!

Thanks guys. No votes for #2, I see. Not enough sky? I cropped some out, but I'm second guessing myself.

since you asked: #2 doesn't do much for me in terms of composition or interest. I don't know if a a square crop of one of the houses might work or perhaps seeing more of the house.

My fav is #4-I love the shell in the foreground and the etchings in the sand.

I too am for 1,3, and 4. I think I see what you were going for on number two but there's just not that much to hold my eye. Sorry. #1 is my favourite of the bunch as I like following the lines in the sand all the way down the beach.

Some things work and some things don't. I keep experimenting though.

Absolutely. It's an awful lot of fun trying it though! :D

I like how you can see the curvature of the earth in the last one. Nice shot:thumbup:

I like the leading lines of 3 and 4 and the bits of light/water play in the pools for interest. Nicely done. :)

thanks all. I froze my fingers off taking these (wicked windy), but I guess it was worth it. More tomorrow from up the coast and then into the Great Bay.
