hey P,
First off it's SO much nicer to embed the actual photo (using a 3rd party link or direct upload of a file that is LESS than 250k) in the post. Other members appreciate that very much. I also saw that you posted this in multiple places. Post many many pictures if you like, but please only post them once. many thanks. :)
This shot has excellent composition and is interesting to look at.
However, it is too soft which for me despite the composition, means I move on to another shot. The shot also looks a bit underexposed to me and it looks noisy.

I agree with Marko but I wouldn't chuck it. I might try to turn it into a texture to use on another picture because I love the shape of it.

I agree with the above comments but do think you might be able to do something in photshop or similar with this. Maybe using a Light render tool you can concentrate the light on the better bits and use the darker parts as a more purposeful shadow. Not sure if that makes sense unless you've ever used the light render tools.
