Well, I had to go to my dentist today and it turns out I will be needing a root canal -sucks big time! My dentist is in the Suncor Energy Centre -West tower. Here is a photo of the east tower, I took today. Painkillers and antibiotics for me for a week til I go visit him bright in the morning next wednesday.

Nice work jas:thumbup: I just did that trip in November I think. The antibiotics handled the pain rapidly so I only ever took 1 Tylenol 3. I told the dentist I was terrified of his kind so he gave me Atavan but told me I'd have to book an hour before the drilling and arrange for someone to pick me up. Of course, me being the renegade that I am, I called the dentist a few days before the event and said I wouldn't be doing the Atavan bit. Meanwhile I tripled the dose the night before and next day everybody walked away from the drilling with a sense of accomplishment :D

Thanks, Michael! The root canal itself went ok but ended up getting badly infected despite the antibiotics. I ended up getting a cocktail of IV antibiotics for five days and was on percoset for pain. Then double oral antibiotics for another 10 days so I was quite sick for a few days there. :(
