What is it.

I don't know what kind of bird it is, however, it's a pretty nice shot. Well done! :thumbup: I like the way the branch is "in sync" with the cloud. Very cool.

Nice shot...from my bird books it looks to be identical to the picture of an Eastern Kingbird. :)

Very nice capture Fred. Nice natural perch. Wish we had them here. Love all the flycatcher family.
Well, partly right Casil. It is a Kingbird, but a Western one.
The yellow belly and the tail having white edges running lengthwise, but no white on end of tail, gives it away.
Eastern has a white band across end of tail, white belly with no yellow, and somewhat of a grey collar. Such as this.( Don't mean to hi-jack thread)
