another favourite. They are such cheery flowers. I thought about cleaning up the flower and then decided that it was beautiful even with some dirt on it.

yup! wish this was about 2-4x bigger!
It's a lovely shot that looks sharp and well composed:highfive:...but it's a bit too small for our viewing pleasure :p

Sorry I missed this lovely example of a daisy. Well done! :thumbup: A little play with Gimp would make this sing even louder though.

I'm still not very good with the Gimp but I think this punches it up just a tad more...

I sharpened it a bit, boosted the saturation and touched the contrast a bit. Not sure that it's any better than yours, just different. I think I tend to prefer an very saturated image generally. I suspect my "style" is peeking through here.
