    noticed this rotting piling with moss swirling in the current in a weir off the seaway canal

    I wish I knew more about B & W film to be able make constructive comment. The contrast of the stump is quite different to the subtle tones of the water -I like that. I also like the grain, although I thought the Ilford 125 was a tighter grain film??
    I welcome all critique and comments on any of my photos

    grain effect is most likely an artifact created by the post work on the scanned negative in Lightroom. Not sure which slider is the culprit yet.

    I really like this one Ed. That swirling seaweed coming off the log really adds to it.
