    Default Snow tracks

It was snowing so out I went to try the slow vs fast shutter speed and night shot to go with it.

Lets just say..thank god there is more winter in store for me because it was horrible (but at least the new gloves worked wonders!!!!)

This was the only shot that I thought came out "neat". The snow was blowing pretty hard by this time and was circling around the light post.

Be honest here people! I can take it!

    Hi Kat

I like the colour and shape of the swirl of the snow around the post and how the track almost disappear into it. Kind of a "beam me up Scotty" feel. I hope you don't mind that I played around with it. I cropped, then removed the white thing on the pole, burn in some of the bright snow and the foot prints. Then I tweeked the mid tones darker in levels and dodged some of the shadows in the right hand snow pile. Thanks for sharing!

    cheers

Interesting photo Kat - I like the creativity here. EJC's version is very similar to what I had in my head when i saw your shot.
