After a total panic attack - and, a tom of questions and research, i found a PS plug-in that gets a big thumbs up from moi.... I cannot tell you how much relief this PS plug-in has brought to me...

correct. forgot to mention, the bottom photo was almost black - grossly under exposed so, i lightened the puppy up - of course, tons of noise, but it shows how much potential the program has.

THere is a few noise softwares in the market today, such as Neat Image, Ninja Noise and Nik Define.
All of them I´ve seen makes wonderful results
