YEp it was 8 bit. I just had to look a little a little deeper in the LONG pull down menu.

This is driving me crazy !!!
I have a picture that I am woking on. With all of the work that I have done so far, the images is about 56 megs and I am using CS3. I have the image saves as 8 BIT. When I try to save a JPG, there is no option. What the heck am I missing?
