Looks like it was worth the trudge! I like the look of all the little piles of snow on the rocks. Neat

With winter having set in since November and all the freezing temps, I have missed a lot of the half frozen waterfalls as they are fully frozen now. Did find some open water about 20 minutes from home though. Upper falls were frozen over, but lower pools still open yet. So, off we go for a 60 ft. descent to the bottom This was one of the worst locations to get to yet. Trudging/climbing/crawling, over boulders with open water pools, and crevices hidden under two feet of snow was, what would you say, interesting. Oh well, at least life is not boring.

Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!

Beautiful countryside and nicely captured. Is that a house in shot 1? It looks like a great location.
Thanks all, and yes that is a building in shot #1. It is actually an old mill converted into a an electric generation plant, plus post office inside also.
