    the other day I tried to escape the heat so I took the dogs to green bay. you may remember I love the rocks there
    it was hot and calm- eerily calm actually without a breath of air. It was weird because that almost never happens that the ocean side is stifling. The light was positively golden although the sunset was not spectacular. I saw this and had to take it. It is not a filter but actually how the rocks were lit up.

    Nice images, Bambi, love the first shot for its 'breadth', and yes, the very cool light.

    That second one looks almost like it has flames coming up between the rocks. Very cool.

    Love the lighting on both, but first really does it for me with the "depth".
    If you see something beautiful, "Shoot it with a Canon"

    Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!
